(“StableK”) today announced that the companies have signed a non?binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore collaboration on cross?border stablecoin initiatives between Japan and Korea, including swap/settlement concepts, governance and consortium planning, ecosystem and partner outreach, and compliant market expansion. The Parties will also examine the feasibility of launching the Asia Stable Coin Network (ASCN) as a collaborative framework.
