SEOUL, August 19, 2026 - SHOPLIST Korea LLC (CEO Kim Yang-soo), JHT Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Jae-jung), Q&B International Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Min-kyu; operator of the OFF BEAUTY brand), and Magnum E-commerce Kazakhstan LLP (CEO Yuliya Kim; operator of the Magnum Go platform) today signed a four-party memorandum of understanding for the entry of Korean beauty products into the Kazakhstan market and the entry of Magnum Go’s own-brand products into overseas markets. The signing ceremony took place at SHOPLIST Korea’s headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul.

本覚書に基づき、SHOPLISTは本協力全体の統括調整役として、K-ビューティー商品のソーシングおよびキュレーションを主導し、Magnum Goに対する単一の協力窓口としての役割を担います。Q&Bインターナショナルは自社および提携ブランドの商品供給に参画し、Magnum Goは商品を直輸入のうえ、自社オンラインプラットフォームおよびオフライン店舗で販売するとともに、カザフスタン国内のハイパーマーケットやコスメ専門店等の第三者流通チャネルへも供給する予定です。

Under the MOU, SHOPLIST Korea, as the overall coordinator, will lead the sourcing and curation of K-Beauty products and serve as the single point of contact for Magnum Go. Q&B International will participate in product supply with its own and affiliated brands. Magnum Go will directly import the products and sell them through its online platform and offline stores, while also supplying third-party distribution channels across Kazakhstan, including hypermarkets and specialty cosmetics retailers.
